How this layer fills
We add a pin when Rockstar names or shows a spot, or when we check one in the game, and every pin cites its source. Until it is checked in the game, a pin sits where Rockstar's words or footage put it and says so. Found one yourself? Drop your own marker on the map and send it as a find.
