GTA 6 News Today (October 13, 2026): PC Report, Earnings Date

The GTA 6 news today is about dates, one real and one reported. Take-Two will release its last earnings report before launch on Monday, November 9, and GamesBeat reports that Rockstar plans to bring GTA 6 to PC in the first three months of 2027, which Rockstar has not confirmed. Nothing changed on the game's own dates or prices: GTA 6 still launches November 19, 2026 on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S, with preloading from November 12.

Take-Two will report earnings on November 9

Take-Two announced on October 13 that it will report results for its fiscal second quarter, which ended September 30, after the US stock market closes on Monday, November 9, 2026. A conference call follows at 4:30 PM Eastern, with a live webcast on Take-Two's investor site. That is ten days before launch and three days before preloading opens. Data sites had guessed November 5; Take-Two's own date replaces that guess on our release date calendar.

A report puts GTA 6 on PC in early 2027

GamesBeat reported on October 13 that Rockstar plans to release the PC version of GTA 6 "within the first three months of 2027". It cites four industry sources familiar with the studio's plans, none of them named, and says a Rockstar representative did not respond before publication. IGN, Eurogamer, Polygon and others ran the story within hours, but all of them are repeating GamesBeat; none adds a source of its own. Rockstar and Take-Two have not commented, and GTA 6 is still announced for PS5 and Xbox Series X|S only.

For scale: GTA IV reached PC about 7 months after console, Red Dead Redemption 2 about 12 and GTA V about 19. A PC release by March 2027 would come between about six weeks and four and a half months after November 19. Vice City ads at the Dolphins game

GTA VI branding was on show at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens during the Miami Dolphins' home game on Sunday, October 11, CBS News Miami and IGN report, with the game on and around the stadium's big screen. Neither report says who arranged it or what it cost. It joins the $975,000 Vice City sign on the Kaseya Center roof and the Miami Heat's "A Night in Vice City" game on November 18 on the list of Miami placements two outlets have confirmed.

What it means for players

Our take: November 9 is the date to circle. It is Take-Two's last scheduled earnings call before launch, and Rockstar's last delay, to November 19, was announced on November 6, 2025, the day of Take-Two's earnings that quarter. Ten days out, with preloads three days away, we would be surprised by anything but a firm "on track", and a PC plan is the likeliest new thing to come up if analysts ask. The PC report deserves to be taken seriously: GamesBeat names four sources, not one anonymous post. But one outlet is not two, and Rockstar has moved PC dates before. If you are PC-only, early 2027 is now a real possibility, so there is no rush to buy a console just for GTA 6 unless you want it on day one. Just don't pre-order anything that calls itself a "PC version" until Rockstar posts one.

• The PC window itself. Early 2027 is GamesBeat's report from unnamed sources. Rockstar has not announced a PC version or date.
• A Vice City Goodyear blimp. IGN now writes about it, citing photos shared on X of a Goodyear airship in Vice City colors leaving Akron, Ohio, on October 12. Goodyear and Rockstar have not said anything, and no second major outlet has reported it.
• A collector's map in boxed copies. GAMINGbible, via ComicBook and a Reddit post, says a GameStop store printout lists a "collector's map" with the boxed game, which holds a download code and no disc. Rockstar has not announced one.
• The Miami Beach start date. Beach chair and umbrella branding was expected from October 15, but as of October 12 the agreement was reported unsigned (see yesterday's news). The city has not announced a new date.
• The Miami-Dade vote. The Miamian says the county commission meets again on October 20; we have not seen the item on the published agenda yet.
• Who plays Jason and Lucia, a new trailer or TV ad, and a Switch 2 version. Rockstar has announced none of them.
