GTA 6 News Today (October 21, 2026): GTA Beer Labels

The short answer

US records list approved labels for Pißwasser, Patriot and No Mames Vice City beers from a Florida brewery. Rockstar hasn't announced them. No date change.

The GTA 6 news today is about beer: the US government's alcohol label registry now lists approved labels for Pißwasser, Patriot and a new "No Mames Vice City" lager from a Florida brewery, IGN and PC Gamer report. Rockstar has not announced any GTA beer, so nobody knows yet when or where you could buy one. Nothing changed on dates or prices: GTA 6 still launches November 19, 2026 on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S, with preloading from November 12.

GTA beers appear in a US label database

The fan site GTAVice.net found the labels in the public database of the US Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB), the federal agency that approves beer labels before they can be sold. IGN and PC Gamer both reported the find, and PC Gamer looked the labels up itself.

All three are filed by Tripping Animals Brewing, a Florida brewery. Pißwasser and Patriot are beer brands from earlier GTA games; No Mames Vice City is a Vice City version of the brewery's own No Mames lager, with a dog in sunglasses and a Vice City chain on the label. No Mames Vice City is a 6% lager, and Pißwasser and Patriot are both 4.2%. PC Gamer reads the TTB dates as October 9 for No Mames Vice City and October 15 for Patriot.

What nobody has said is when or where they go on sale. Rockstar and the brewery have not announced them, and PC Gamer notes that Tripping Animals' beers are mostly sold in and around Miami.

What it means for players

Our take: this is the most GTA thing to happen in Miami so far, but it changes nothing about the game. A label approval only means the US government cleared the design for sale; it is not a launch date, and promo beers often turn up only at events or in one city. If you are 21 or over and near Miami, watch Tripping Animals' own channels around launch week; if you are anywhere else, expect to miss out, and do not pay resellers a premium for a can. The bigger picture matches what we said about the blimp: Rockstar keeps spending on Miami tie-ins that only pay off on November 19, which is one more reason we read the date as safe.

Not confirmed

  • A signed Miami Beach "Vice Beach" deal. GTAVice.net says it found an agreement in Miami Beach's city records, dated October 15, for a "Vice BEACH" sign in Lummus Park, a "VI" sculpture on Lincoln Road and a $300,000 fee to the city, each piece subject to permits. No local news outlet or the city has reported the document yet, so we are waiting for one before we treat it as fact.
  • The Miami-Dade vote. Commissioners were due to take up the bigger Rockstar deal for the airport, port and transit on October 20 (Fortune, The Miamian). We have found no report of an outcome in the Miami Herald or The Miamian.
  • Downtown Miami banners. Fortune says the City of Miami approved them; Miami Today reported only a first-reading vote on September 10, with a second still to come.
  • The PC window and who plays Jason and Lucia. Rockstar has announced neither.
