Plays after the police chase, once Raul Bautista is safe. Heard in An Extended Look at 16:49 (start time from Game Rant).

Artist
Cliff Richard

"Devil Woman" by Cliff Richard plays after Jason and Lucia shake off a police chase and get Raul Bautista to safety in An Extended Look. By Game Rant's timestamps it runs from 16:49 to 19:36, nearly three minutes, the longest stretch any licensed song gets in the video. Game Rant's writer called it his favorite of the bunch.

The song

Cliff Richard released "Devil Woman" in the spring of 1976, from the album I'm Nearly Famous; it entered the UK chart in May. Terry Britten and Christine Authors wrote it. It tells the story of a man who feels cursed after meeting a stray cat with evil eyes, goes to a psychic for help, and finds she was the one who cursed him. It reached No. 9 on the UK Singles Chart and No. 6 in the US, his biggest hit there (Songfacts, RouteNote). A new generation heard it in the film I, Tonya (RouteNote, Wikipedia).

Why it fits

Raul is a bank robber who, in Rockstar's words, is always looking for talent willing to take big risks, and whose recklessness raises the stakes with every score. A song about trusting the person who turns out to be the source of your trouble is a pointed choice for the moment the couple ride off with him. Our take: giving this song almost three minutes says Rockstar wants the calm after a chase to breathe, which is where GTA radio has always worked best: you drive away from trouble with something good on. We read the lyric as a quiet warning about Raul rather than about Lucia, but that is our interpretation, not Rockstar's. Whether it is on a station is not confirmed, and we will update this page after launch.
