Flower in a Hurricane

"Flower in a Hurricane" is the song in the GTA 6 Launch Trailer. It is by the French electronic duo Justice, featuring Tame Impala, SZA and King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard, and Rockstar released it on October 15, 2026, the day the trailer came out.

Justice wrote the score too

Rockstar's launch trailer page calls Justice the "original score composers" of GTA 6, and its music page now gives the score its own Justice section. That is new: before October 15 Rockstar had promised a "dynamic score" without naming who wrote it. VGC and Kotaku report that Rockstar also confirmed the song is on Grand Theft Auto VI: The Album, which comes out with the game on November 19.

The ninth single

Rockstar's music page now lists nine singles from the album's 34 tracks, with "Flower in a Hurricane" next to Yung Lean, Travis Scott, Morgan Wallen, Cardi B and the rest. It is the first one that also carries a trailer.

Our take: naming a score composer a month before launch is a bigger deal than one more single, because the score is what you hear in missions when the radio is off. Putting one well-known act's name on it suggests Rockstar wants the music between stations to be as recognisable as the stations themselves. How much of the game Justice actually scored is not something Rockstar has said, so judge it at launch; for now, the trailer is the best sample.
