At 1:01 in Trailer 1, a driving shot passes a roadside billboard with a three-word promise: "IT CURES EMOTIONS!". It is on screen for a moment, which is why many viewers missed it. The link above opens Rockstar's upload at that second.
What it parodies
The billboard spoofs the miracle-cure style of drug advertising: a product that fixes feelings themselves rather than any illness. It now has a sequel. In An Extended Look, IGN spotted a TV commercial for a depression drug called "Angstipan", with an animated brain that IGN says looks a lot like the work of Swatpaz, an Edinburgh-based animator and comedian. Rockstar North is in Edinburgh, so IGN wonders whether it is a homage or a hired fan. Rockstar hasn't said whether the billboard advertises Angstipan or another product.
GTA 6's ad break
Fake ads are a GTA tradition, and GTA 6 has more of them than ever. IGN's preview says there are more radio and TV adverts than in any previous game in the series. The ones spotted so far:

Our take: GTA's satire has always lived in its ads, and the "IT CURES EMOTIONS!" billboard shows GTA 6 aiming at a very current target, the wellness and pharma marketing that promises to fix how you feel. We'd bet Angstipan and the billboard are the same campaign, because they share the joke, but nothing confirms it. Players who enjoy this side of GTA should listen to the radio between stations and watch TV at the safehouse; with more ads than any GTA before, there is a lot to find.

- Whether you can buy and use Angstipan in the game.
